Working With My Yearbook Sales

Students and faculty are charged a fully-disclosed, nominal service fee of 6.75% for using the online system when they order their yearbooks. There are never any hidden fees!
At the beginning of each month, schools will receive a check for the full amount of their yearbook sales from the previous month. Be assured...all accounting at My Yearbook Sales is managed by a Certified Public Accountant.

Distribute With Ease
By simply setting up a computer at your distribution site, much of the chaos associated with the distribution of yearbooks can be easily eliminated.
How it Works
- When a student arrives for pickup, a staff representative enters either the student's last name or ID number into the website.
- The computer displays the student's order, complete with payment information. The staff member can then tag the order as "distributed" into the system.
- Staff members may also choose to use sales reports generated by the program to mark off orders as they are distributed. Even if your publisher ships yearbooks directly to students, My Yearbook Sales allows students to enter their shipping address online.
